What We Bring & What You Need

We bring the clinic experience directly to the comfort of your home! Our therapists arrive with all necessary equipment, including a portable treatment table, specialized clinical tools, lotions, and other therapeutic modalities.

To help us facilitate a smooth and effective session, we kindly ask that you provide:

• A clean, clear space for the treatment table.

• Two large towels.

**Appropriate clothing: Please wear loose, comfortable attire that allows easy access to your injury site (e.g., a singlet/T-shirt, shorts, or a sports bra).

Payments & Health Fund Rebates

Payment is required on the day of your consultation. For your convenience, we carry a mobile terminal allowing you to claim on-the-spot health fund rebates via HICAPS, as well as process EFTPOS and credit card payments seamlessly.

Our Cancellation & Lateness Policy

Our appointment times are dedicated exclusively to your care. If you are running late or need to reschedule, please contact us immediately via phone, SMS, or email.

To respect the schedules of both our therapists and other clients, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or adjustments to your booking.
