What to Expect From Your Consultations

1. Your Initial Assessment

During your initial assessment, your physiotherapist will ask a series of targeted questions and may use specialized clinical questionnaires. This thorough evaluation guides us in creating a tailored treatment plan designed to achieve your individual goals and accelerate your recovery.

Dress appropriately: Please wear loose, comfortable clothing that allows easy access to the treatment area (e.g., a singlet/T-shirt, shorts, or a sports bra for females).

  • Please inform us if you have previously consulted other healthcare professionals regarding your current condition.

2. Objective Testing & Collaboration

A successful recovery relies on teamwork. During your assessment, we will work together to take relevant baseline measurements. This includes testing your:

  • Muscle strength and length

  • Joint range of motion

  • Balance and coordination

  • Nerve mobility

The detailed information we gather allows us to design a highly individualized treatment and exercise plan.

3. Target Treatment & Pain Relief

Once the primary pain or physical dysfunction area is identified, we enter the treatment phase. We utilize safe, highly effective hands-on manual therapy techniques alongside with specialized clinical tools, taping, and therapeutic modalities to achieve your desired results.

4. Your Home Exercise Program

To maintain your clinical results between visits and build long-term strength, your physiotherapist will provide practical lifestyle advice and prescribe custom home exercise programs.

5. Treatment Frequency & Progression

To create momentum in your recovery, sessions are typically scheduled more frequently at the beginning—averaging two sessions per week over the first three weeks. As your body heals and your movement improves, we will gradually reduce the frequency. Our ultimate goal is to build your functional independence so you can return to normal daily life without relying on ongoing treatment.

6. Continuous Support & Communication

Your recovery is a journey. Our physiotherapists will constantly update, guide, and support you throughout the entire process to ensure your rehabilitation stays on track toward a full recovery.

7. Third-Party, Private insurance & Administrative Support

We take the stress out of the paperwork. For your convenience, we will manage your claims and seamlessly liaise directly with your insurers, lawyers, and General Practitioners (GPs).
